A few years ago, I thought I was fearless in the kitchen.  I said I was.

 . . . That was a lie.

I had my fears both in and out of the kitchen.  Fears of:

  1. Yeast Doughs
  2. Spiders
  3. Chaos
  4. Undercooked Meat
  5. Monsters Under The Bed
  6. Using Too Much Butter
  7. Eating Too Much Butter
  8. Failure.

Lots and lots of fear.

Happy New Year!

Can you believe it’s 2011?  Already?  What happened to 2010?

Well, to answer one of the aforementioned questions, no.  I can’t believe it’s 2011. 

I can’t believe I’m graduating this year.
